<font size="4"><font face="Script MT Bold"><br /><br />Officers of the Regional Departments, let it be known that Lieutenant Neil H Myers, of the 1st Rhode Island of the Eastern Department, is this day forward commissioned to the position of Aide-de-Camp for the Regional Department of the Colonial American Army. This commission shall remain in effect at the pleasure of the Regional Department Commander, the illustrious Colonel Philip Wilson.<br /><br />He is hereby granted the authority necessary to perform any and all duties required by the Regional Commander and shall be charged with maintaining all records and responsibilities of the Regional Commander in his absence as well as upholding and promoting the honor of the Regional Departments at all times.
It is so ordered this 27th day of July by His Excellency Lieutenant General Lucas Kling, Commander-in-Chief of the Colonial American Army.
