<b><font size="3">O</font id="size3"></b>fficers of the Colonial American Army, The French Army, The British Armies in America, and The Indian Alliance, let it be known that Ensign James Pfluecke, of the Third New Jersey Line, of the First Brigade, of The Second Division, of The Grand Army, of The Colonial American Army, is this day forward commissioned to the position of Lieutenant in the Colonial American Army. He is hereby granted the authority necessary to perform any and all duties required by the Grand Army Commander and shall be charged with the continued brilliant leadership of the Third New Jersey as well as upholding and promoting the honor of the Grand Army at all times.
