<b><i>I have found my two participants for this match. Christian Arndt of the Indian Alliance will command the American Troops, against Ola Berli of the French Army who will command the British. If anyone else wishes to join, I will try and set up a match. I would need two players and there are no guarantees.</i></b> ******************** As a result of a computer problem one of our War of 1812 Tournament players has had to abandon. We've just started a new round of games and this match involved two players who were playing their first match. So if you would like to join the action this might be an ideal match. There's another thread on this board with more info on the Tournament, but basically you will play modifed versions of the standard 1812 scenarios in a "blind match". The other participants have been at this tourney a while so to end up "winning" you would have to play very well. But the structure is such that you don't get eliminated with a single loss. Every game is against a different opponent so you should meet some new club players as well. Besides having the 1812 game, you also need to be able to do 2 turns a week.
