WOW! I'm probably way behind the times but, today in Borders I saw a two volume set on the Philadelphia 1777 campaign by McGuire. Anybody know if its any good. They cost $35 per volume. I leafed through them, and the detail seemed good. He covered some skirmishes before Brandywine, and had officer names for some different companies involved. Unless someone tells me the work is no good, I'll be buying them later this month. |
