Dear Sirs: As a further test of his majesties new regulations for his armies in North America, this officer would like to engage on the field of battle with any officer of the Colonial Army utilizing Lt. Collins new modifications for combat. The Colonial officer may choose from any scenario that Lt. Collins has modified but this officer would like to engage in phased play.
