April 1775 Philadelphia [Immediately upon hearing of the encirclement at Boston and with victory seemingly in grasp, the cheering representatives of the colonies in rebellion quiten to view the red-coated officer who patiently, but with disdaining countenance, stands to deliver the following message, having arrived by fast schooner up the Delaware only an hour prior.] On behalf of Sir William Howe, Commander and duly appointed Commissioner for the Peace of the American Colonies, belonging to His Britannic Majesty George, King of Britons, etc. To the assembled representatives of His Majesty’s noble citizens within the region of America, I bid you greetings and fair wishes. With goodly patience HM George R does fervently desire your continued well-being. In concert with the united Parliament, therefore, He has seen fit to consign a significant constabulary force of arms for the protection of His loyal citizens, which even now enters the coastal waters of America under the noble command of General G. Renna, of significant fame. This force comes in harmonious cooperation with the duly mustered loyal militia of His Majesty in order to return the good citizenry of this fair continent to amicable pursuits, commerce, and the betterment of all within His Majesty’s domain. Having noted the colonies erstwhile rhetorical zeal, His Majesty has encumbered Sir William with the privilege of negotiating a peaceful resolution to the citizen’s complaints and due concerns. But must needs be, gentlemen, that all unwarranted and extra-legal forces, especially those under one Mister Washington, return to their peaceful former occupations in keeping with law and good order. Make no mistake, gentlemen, His Majesty’s soldiers shall indeed protect themselves and all loyal subjects. Hence I cannot say where the said force shall make dock, but it is well within your power, noble gentlemen, to prevent needless shedding of blood and destruction of property. Grant me your embassy, your excellencies, and I shall make haste to the General, and to Sir William, that you gratefully submit to the settlement of the trivial differences between you and Parliament, so that this dangerous tenor of rebellion sound not throughout the kingdom’s far-flung holdings, upon which many of you profit by trade. Come, your answer forthwith. Make haste! General Renna lands soon with their Lordships Kingston and Jones by his side. Together they shall champion George R in the noble endeavor to ensure the legitimate Birth of America. Submit with the immediate laying down of all arms, or else raise up two of your own to field in the campaign (1775 – 1783) to Join the Count Bukal who has agreed to stand against the lawful government of His Majesty in deference to French international pursuit. We await your express reply. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - [ For the illiterate Carolinians and Mainers] !!Challenge!! 3 of Britain’s best officers (Renna, Kingston, and Jones) do issue challenge in a Multi-player Birth of America 1775-1783 campaign.
