Greetings and hearken all to the news: <font color="limegreen"><b>Corporal Robert Noftz </b></font id="limegreen"> of His Majesty's regular army, shall land upon these shores in command of: <font color="limegreen">22d Regiment of Foot</font id="limegreen"> and shall be committed to the restoration of peace and good order in these troubled and misled colonies, with the First Brigade of the Centre Column.
