| Post subject: | Mexican American War Campaign |
Gen. Philips and me are now fighting the third battle (013 Monterray a) in this campaign and I wondering how easy it is for my American forces to destroy the Mexicans. For example at Monterray (a game with 168 turns!) I have much more men with much higher quality and even more guns than the Mexicans but need only 100 points for a Major Victory. Sounds like a bad joke. General Philips can be happy if he have left any man in turn 30. Even the Marquess of Brandywine would not able to win with the Mexicans. Have anyone else played this campaign? |
