Post subject: Column melees

I know a lot of players like to use a house rule with no melees in column except across bridges - and in most circumstances this is something I'm in favour of myself. But perhaps with the most recent patch - in which forest automatically disrupts units moving in line - there are some scenarios (eg. Guilford Courthouse) where the British player has little choice but to melee in column if he wishes to stand any chance of winning?

NB: For Guilford Courthouse 1781 - and also other late battles where there's a lot of forest or difficult terrain - perhaps it would make sense if all units on both sides were counted as either light or militia? I'd recommend this for the next update.

It doesn't make sense, tactically, for the British regulars to be forced to use ordinary line in this sort of terrain, especially this late in the war. Also, from a gameplay perspective, it makes militia far too effective and pretty much ruins the scenario, particularly if a "no column melee" houserule is used, as this basically makes such scenarios unplayable.
