Sunday our high Tempature was at 2:30 pm, it was 76 degrees (F). By 8:00 pm it was sleeting, and by midnight it was only 19 degrees (F)! The temp dropped by 56 degrees (F) in less than 10 hours. The weathermen here are quick to note that as the front moved through during the late afternoon the temp dropped 10 degrees (F) in 10 minutes! Thank goodness we didn't get the ice storm we had last year at this time, and our prayers are with those trying to survive the storms that hit the NE and upper Northern parts of the US this past week. PS The Canadians got hit too, but they love this stuff! hehehe... just kidding. [;)] |
