<font face="Georgia">For a couple years in a row the American Grand Army organized and won a team challenge against teams drawn from opposing CCC armies. First against the British Reserve Division then against <i>les amis </i>from <i>l'Armee Francaise</i>. The format was simple. Teams faced off in 1-v-1 games, with opponents matched by rank (thus experience) and everyone playing the same scenario, all at the same time. Victory level points from each game were combined to get team totals. We manhandled the Hessians the fist year at Guilford Courthouse and just managed to triumph over the French team at Eutaaw Springs the following year. Now that we have consolidated the American forces it is time for a BIG team challenge. Watch for more details to come soon.</font id="Georgia"> |
