Selection of the location of Governance of His Most Britannic Majesty's Royal, Provincial and Colonial Dominion in British America and the British West Indies
To all of His Most Britannic Majesty's Subjects, Officers and Enemies,
Whereas the City of Philadelphia has served as the location of Governance of His Most Britannic Majesty's Royal, Provincial and Colonial Dominion in British America and the British West Indies for sometime now and has been properly secured against all enemies of the Crown, a new location has been selected for the overseeing of the King's Lands.
Upon this day and henceforth from here the Governance of His Most Britannic Majesty's Royal, Provincial and Colonial Dominion in British America and the British West Indies, all Claimed Lands of the Crown from Rupert's Land all the way to the Caribbean and from the Atlantic Ocean to the lands west of the Ohio River Valley, to all subject's of the Crown and Establishment living within His Most Britannic Majesty's realm, will henceforth and forever be governed by the Military & Royal Governorship and Command of British Armies in America, under the personage of the Commander-in-Chief of His Most Britannic Majesty's British Armies in America and his officers and commanders.
The placement of the Military & Royal Governorship of His Most Britannic Majesty's Royal, Provincial and Colonial Dominion in British America and the British West Indies shall henceforth be in Kingston, upon the shores of Lake Erie.
Such placement shall ensure the ability for His Most Britannic Majesty's British Armies in America to strike out at any foe who may oppose the Royal Authority and to do so with haste and with the support of the His Most Britannic Majesty's Royal Navy.
All foreign nations are to sent all diplomats, emissaries, dignitaries and official representatives to Kingston for all matters related to His Most Britannic Majesty's Government.
Such a location also honours our beloved Field Marshall the Marquess of Kingston, KCB (Dierk Walter) for his commandership of His Most Britannic Majesty's British Armies in America.
