| Post subject: | Error Message: " error reading scenario file" in 1776 |
I uninstalled and reinstalled in safe mode, loaded all updates even the optional ones. I try to start a game, pick the side set the rules and then when it starts this message comes up and the screen is black with one visible hex in the top left corner. I have Windows 7. Anyone know how to fix this? |

What scenario is giving you an issue? It could be older scenario that won't work if you updated your version of 1776. |

Thanks. Putting it in its own folder instead of the Programs folder worked. |
