Post subject:  Bad News for Updates - Dead PC
So the laptop that I run updates off has died. I am trying to see if I can create a boot CD & get any files off of it. It was the only PC that I could get my very ancient copy of Dreamweaver on. So until I can get my hands on a new Dreamweaver and figure out what package I'll do for it, no updates....for now. I hope to have it resolved soon.

Even more bad news is the car is acting funny, I fear very large repair bills coming shortly too..... :( Which would delay the purchase of Dreamweaver.

Games are not impacted for me.

Update from a talking with a friend shows the system has finally given up. Going to try to see if Geek Squad can pull the data off for me, which is what I really want. Looked at prices for the new Adobe software, woo-eee.....steep prices. Will see how things go.,.... :)

I might be able to help with the updates that might be needed. I use Dreamweaver CS4 and it is fully backward compatible, AFAIK.
You could send the updates and I can insert them.
However, look at some FREE HTML editors to tide you over until you decide on a course of action.

I might have you run the update this month Ernie. What I'll do is make a list of who changed in the three armies I manage and then list any promotions. Ribbons we can wait on I think unless there are a lot.
