Post subject:  Russian officer needed at Maloyaroslavets - closed.
Bonjour,

I'd like to play the historical battle of Maloyaroslavets (24 october 1812) on HPS NRC. A large map, lots of units and an interesting challenge for both the French and the Russian.
Optional and house rules can be discussed later... I have no dogmatic approach on this issue :)
I can play an average 4 turns / week and I expect my opponent can do about the same...

I like that battle, monsieur le lieutenant, and I like "The Duellists" movie too. :)
But you are the brave officer, mon cher amie.
The French have small chances to get Maloyaroslavetz there, believe me.
So, if you wish... "A vos rangs! Garde-e a vous! Escadro-ons, en ava-ant marche!!"
The real Russian grenadier (re-enactor of the Malorussia Gren.Reg. from 1989) is ready to oppose with his bayonet against your all-crushing cuirassier's palach, monsieur le lieutenant. :roll:
