Gentlemen!
We are looking for a bunch of ugly looking allies (as always! :lol: ) that would be willing to do a Multi Player historic rematch of the waterloo campaign (large scenario, #6 388 rounds). We are a group of 5 from V Corp ready to go. We would like to play with MOE iv (with Embedded melee) but willing to discuss. We suggest the following historical/realistic optional rules;

No Melee elimination
Isolation rules
Melee terrain modifier
column pass through
target density
line movement restriction
flank morale modifier
multiple cavalry melee
No opportunity fire against skirmish

Also open to discuss other house rules that might enhance historical play . The other members of the V Corp team are Michael Hodl, Mark Barden , Christian Rizzo and Roy Purcell
Grouchy just called and is indisposed, so be scared... there will be no softy in our ranks...
Regards,
Lieutenant JD Causse

Monsieur how fair is this game when all the Allied units are fixed to their positions now we will play #7 with your rules .

@ Clifton... The idea is to simulate historical condition of the original confusion in the allies camp and prevent a massive blitz type of strategy from the allies as our troops also appear slowly and progressively throughout the first day (otherwise we start with 13k guys facing 115k allies! Could make a tough first day  )... So think about it, I will also get back to my group to discuss... let me know...

There are games that start better the allies will always outnumber the French that just the way it is. You see you can come over the bridges easy, attack the Prussians and end of game. #007 is better as far as history goes there's the H&R people. You most make this worst the people you play time is valuable.

Hey Clif!
Still one game more! Are you really so irritated against the Frenchmen?
How many games are you playing? I have the impression that you are going to break a record!

Well right now I have 15 going, and one MP game when you tired of laying on the beach and fishing and watching them spill 1,000,000 gal of oil on your beach and you over 66 years old and retired and married. You need something to keep your mind going plus the collage I was going to is having problems with the pool... Writhing books and novels, playing in there clubs peaching and social work well you just enjoy war-games, it's better then setting in the cancer ward waiting for your Chemo ! Oh I am playing your game as I write   8)

Gentlemen, err ah excuse me I forgot to whom I was speaking... :D

I can bring together a team for your ultimate defeat and humiliation if you still have an opening?

Nothing finalized I have contacts and negociating (internal and external), you are welcome to join the bidding process... :) I have to admit a revanche against Brits has some appeal though... ;)

All you Austrians, Russians, Brittish, etc... why don't you agree between yourselves and try to build a team?
You know, there will be enough lead for everybody.Image
Euh...
Sorry, that's Sir JD Causse who's negociating for our team and he is our spokesman, I was just dying to make an answer to your provocation.
Let's be serious!
We are studying the proposals of everybody.Image
