Napoleonic Wargame Club (NWC)

Gentlemen,
Below is my invitation to fellow NWC officers, no lesser rank than that of Major, to participate in the unfolding drama of the 1807 Spring Polish Campaign, known to be a part of the Campaign of Eylau title.




1. I will play the French side. In this campaign, the Allied side enjoys an overwhelming firepower advantage. So, my dear LGA club members, this is your golden ticket to take charge of a magnificent artillery arsenal which usually makes you so jealous.
2. Maneuver or a Fight.
3. Seeking a weekly rate of ~5-7 turns for quicker progress, and ok to a slower pace once the action intensifies.
4. No house rules, except for the prohibition of simultaneous melee engagements in the same hex with both Cavalry and Infantry. Apart from this, there should be no limits in pursuit of victory.
5. Gentlemen’s conduct is expected to refrain from opening opponents’ save files and enjoy the game with a true fog of war.

7. Prefer an opponent with a game record and experience of Major rank and above.



Perhaps will be doing AAR based on this so would be good to have someone committed to run the Campaign to some natural conclusion.
