It's a small, not to say tiny, battle for NRC. Well balanced. about 5000 on each side, about 20 turns, meeting engagement. No house rules required. Any optional rules.

The files may be found here http://www.hist-sdc.com/scndnap.html#NRC it's called Riga Scenarious by Vladimir Repnin.

There is an extended variant for 15000 troops and 40 turns if you like.

Am I right in assuming that this will require a separate install of NRC (because it is an add-on map), and would you consider a minimum set of basic house rules, such as a skirmish leash of 2 or 3 hexes and a ban on cavalry charges where the first hex meleed is not a clear or field hex?

Dierk - worked fine for me.

Hey, my Prussians!!! I painted the X Corps when I was about 16 or 17. First the Poles and the Westphalians and Bavarians and then the Prussians.

Nice corps but shortlived history! [8D] Historical one of course!

Mine fought in many a Empire II and III miniature battle.

Minifig 25mm. Still didnt know what black/brown washing was. They came out average (but of course). Was really an oddball corps to build but hey, that's me all over!!![:D]

If I had it to do all over again I would have put the IV Corps from 1809 together (Massena's). I really like the Confed of the Rhine and it had a goodly amount of those soldiers in it (H-D, Wurt., etc).

But ... hey, I was YOUNG then! [8D]

If Dierk doesnt accept you can add me to your list of victims.

I looked it over and it looks good.

I would like to play the one that has the larger map. I have both sets but like the larger map version better.

X Corps! .... ah ....
