Gentlemen,

The awards system in our army seems to be the oldest one in the Club. Unfortunately it seems to be outdated and does not inspire activity playing the Russian side. It's to be changed. A project of new awards system composed by GM Repnin is posted here http://russianarmy.front.ru/AwardSystem.htm
If you have anything to add, please, do not hesitate to write me (kosyanenko@lobnya.com) or General of Infantry Gulyaev (Jeka9979@mail.ru).

Tchest' imeu!

Um, is this system supposed to be a way of selling HPS campaign games, or an incentive to Russian officers to complete large Russian front scenarios? Because I play NIR but don't own the HPS titles. And it seems to me most of the interesting awards are completely out of reach, unless I am playing those.

Sincerely,

I would agree with Jason that the award for any Large scenario should include scenarios from NIR like Kutusov Turns to Fight. Its got just as many units as most of the large ones in NRC with Twin Peaks and a couple of others being the exception.

NIR is still a sentimental favorite of mine though I dont have time to play it (or much of anything else these days!).

Point well taken Jason.

Apparently "NRC" was supposed to mean "a scenario with russian forces" certainly including NiR, NiPo and Cobexlaw addons Austerlitz and Leipzig.

Thanks for the point, Jason!
