Can one of you guys give the proper french spelling of

Sir,
I believe it is spelled something like
'Grand Duc de Toliet' or 'La Commandante de les Femmes"
or something like that. I cannot put in accents so I may have missed some crucial part.

Gen Ludwig, any help here?
