Hi folks,

I found a reigmental history for my unit that was posted in late 2000 in the Club Newsletter.

THE 12TH CHASSEURS A CHEVAL

By Lt. Thomas Simmons, 12th Chasseurs a Cheval.

I do not know if Lt. Simmons is active in the club but I do like his work and would like a concensus on using part of his article as a basis for my UNIT's web site.

How do you vote?

Lt. Col. Abruzzese:

I was the editor of the newsletter at the time and worked with Tom. I am certain that Tom would enjoy seeing his "research" live on. Feel free to use it but be sure to give Tom some credit.

Hi there Sir Muddy,

Sure has been a while, of course it goes without saying that I will give credit where credit is due.

I will probably not use it verbatum but it certainly has some good detail and narrative.
