Gentlemen Officers of the NWC:

Over the years since the inception of the NWC, our club records have become outdated. In order to make them all current, the Cabinet has unanimously voted to hold a Club Wide Game Inventory and Muster. We are asking every member of our club to submit a fully completed Recruitment Form so that we can use the data we receive to update our membership database. We have chosen to use the Recruitment Form as it is easy to fill out, already formatted for the information we hope to collect, and automatically distributed to the Club’s Administration.

Specifically, this will:

1. Provide us with an accurate picture of the demographics of our membership so that we may better focus our recruitment efforts.

2. Provide us with an updated list of the games that are owned by our membership so that we can better plan our future club tournaments. This information may also be useful to the designers and producers of the games that we play.

3. Establish a list of active members club wide.

There is a space at the bottom of the form where you may enter any comments you wish to pass along to the Club’s Administration. I would suggest that members who primarily play the H&R and R&H versions of the HPS games add a comment here to indicate their preference as well, since we will not be able to determine this solely by the game titles owned.

The Recruitment Forms may be found at the following locations:

French Army - http://users.telenet.be/fsg/NWC/nwc_french.htm
Coalition Armies - http://users.telenet.be/fsg/NWC/nwc_allied.htm

To ensure that all members of our club respond to this request, we are making this a mandatory Club Wide Muster.

Each member that submits a fully completed Recruitment Form on, or before, July 13th will have 10 OBD points added to his battle record and will be counted as an Active Member.

Each member that submits a fully completed Recruitment Form on, or before, July 31st will not receive any points, but will be counted as an Active Member.

Any member who fails to submit a fully completed Recruitment Form by the July 31st deadline, will be classified as Inactive, placed into the reserves of their respective army, and will have their forum account deactivated.

Members who become Inactive due to a failure to respond to this Club Wide Muster may petition to be reinstated on the Active list of their respective army upon the subsequent submittal of a fully completed Recruitment Form. Reassignment of said officers will be at the discretion of their respective Army Command, and may not necessarily be to their former unit. The only way to guarantee that you do not lose your current command is to respond to this muster by the deadline as previously stated.

Each Army Command will follow up this posting with individual emails to ensure that all officers are informed.

We appreciate your help in this matter, and look forward to a very active muster.

Thank you, gentlemen. I am off to submit my Recruitment Form right now.

Just a reminder that you have one more week to respond and still have 10 OBD points added to your record. After July 13th, the bonus point award will be discontinued. If you have not responded by July 31st, you will be made Inactive.

The response thus far has been absolutely overwhelming, but I don't want anyone to miss out on the extra points if possible. It literally took me only twenty seconds to complete and submit my form. Those were, by far, the easiest ten points I have ever earned since joining the NWC.

This is the final reminder that the Club Wide Muster comes to a close after tomorrow. Any officers who have not mustered by August 1st will be placed on Inactive Status in our club until such time as they submit a fully executed Recruitment Form in accordance with the request of this muster.

The following officers have not yet responded:

No additional officers submitted a response to the Club Wide Muster since the time of my last post, so we will begin the process of deactivating the officers listed above. LGA has already deactivated all officers on this list in our DoR System, and I will soon follow by deactivating them in our forums as well. The Coalition C-in-C has requested an extension to September 1st to see if he can locate any of the non-responding Coalition officers. I honestly do not see the point, but am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. I do not have any high expectations for his success.

Any officer who failed to muster by the stated deadline may petition to be reactivated in our club by submitting a fully completed Recruitment Form as requested by our Club Wide Muster. It is a very simple process that requires at most a minute of your time. LGA officers must respond before August 15th as decreed by LGA Army Command if they wish to retain their current command. Coalition officers will seemingly have until September 1st due to the specific request of the Coalition Army Commander.

To my knowledge, not a single Coalition officer has responded since the original deadline of July 31st. This is just a reminder that these officers have only one day remaining to respond before September 1st. It takes less than a minute to complete the form, and the Coalition officers have had ten weeks now to respond.

Plenty enough time. One day left, fellows.

All Coalition officers who failed to respond to the Club Wide Muster have now been deactivated, as were their French counterparts a month ago. The respective Coalition Army Webmasters should make the revisions to their webpages within the next two weeks. If the revisions are not made within that time, the Club Webmasters will make the revisions for them.

If any officer was deactivated inadvertently, simply send an inquiry to the entire Cabinet and we will reactivate you in our club once we confirm that a fully completed Recruitment Form was received.

Thanks for your participation in this muster, particularly to the nearly two hundred officers that responded.
