Sadly, I must report to you today that the former Commander of the Spanish Brigade of the Anglo-Allied Army, Colonel Vincent Maddis, has been officially listed as 'Missing in Action'. It is my great pleasure, however, to introduce to you the new Commander of our Spanish Brigade, Colonel Jose (Trane) Barredo. It is a most excellent posting for a most deserving officer. Please join me in welcoming Colonel Barredo into his important, new role. |
