He has just completed a successful training game with the illustrious Allied Commander in Chief, Andy Moss. Please join me in welcoming this new officer to the ranks of the Russian Corps. <stumbling in door, shaking rain from cap> "No matter how well you prepare, Mother Nature bats last" Sorry for the mess gentlemen, but the Sgt @ Arms made me stand at the door until he could find an officer that recognized me. Tough club. Seems I'm in the right place. And for the record, I don't know any lies about the French, but I do know it to be truth that they were only successful with a Corsican at the helm. Long Live the inventor of vodka! Ura! Ura! Ura! Podporuchik Bill Barker Tarnopol Infantry Regiment 2nd Brigade, 27th Infantry Division Imperial Russian Corps |

Can anyone suggest a popular scn for a fight? I have HPS NRC, Wagram and Austerlitz. I prefer large battles, but want to do a few skirmishes first to test the waters. And I need time to study the battlefields that all of you have obviously crossed many times. <glancing around at all the shiny brass> |

I can partner up Bill if he can't find anyone else. Hopefully one of the Russians is available. |

Which scn? And who's your partner? I like to size a man up before smackin him in the chops. On a dare, a man once ran blindfolded into a bar, swinging wildly. It did not end well. I would like a training maneuver first actually. I have played the old Talonsoft NiR set, but they won't install on Windows 7. I only just opened the new games and need to become familiar with the scenarios I have only ever played AI, except for a disaster vs Gary McClellan where I was taught Cav Warfare in detail. He's the one who sent me the new games. He's also the one you should send the bill to if I damage any furniture. |
