Ed is a tough opponent. I have played him in the past with the result being the same in every case.

I have been remiss. My apologies to Monsewer Blackburn and his French rag of an army. M. Blackburn and I have fought 2 or 3 major battles of several hundreds of turns each over the last two years. They have all been hard fought affairs and each side has been able to claim victory at least once. The last fight -- three days at Leipzig -- resulted in an Allied victory with Napoleon and his baton twirlers all bottled up in the city with no where to run. I think the Emperor eventually fled to the sewers to escape capture and avoid personal humiliation before my horse. But enough of such talk; "Helga, break out my finest cask of good English Ale and let it flow to all patrons of the Tavern in honor of my esteemed brave and talented opponent!" Salute!!! |
