... for all the wargame Napoleonic miniature and terrain makers.

After this 4.02 upgrade, I find that I no longer have the desire to collect, organize, paint and base figures to build my own Napoleonic army. I now have at my fingertips, all the beautiful figures and terrain I require to enjoy Napoleonic gaming within a game system that feels good to me, plays well, is easy to understand and removes set up time, tear down time, and bickering over rules.

... and honestly, since 1999 I have been enjoying fighting more battles than Napoleon ever thought of against opponents who live all over the globe. Enjoyable games, not rushed, not ended unfinished, not restricted to when everyone can reserve four to eight hours on a given day, but games that can last weeks, months or years with enough game turns allotted to try all kinds of different ideas.

... and because of future monies saved, my wife is happy.

Couldn't agree more Al.

Although I still get drawn into painting those little lead (now plastic) guys

The graphics updates have been nice.

I gave up on miniatures long ago. Just takes up too much room and the eye strain was too much trying to paint those 2mm castings. ;)
