Please give a hearty welcome to Sous-Lieutenant Tim Bright, who has been newly assigned to the command of 2ème Compagnie du 3ème Régiment d'Artillerie à Cheval,
Artillerie Divisionnaire, 1ère Division, 1er Corps d'Armée.

We wish him good fortune on the fields of honour to come.

More importantly, I believe that he has a purse that is bursting at the seems. Now, given that I have directed him subtly to this fine establishment, perhaps he may be gently persuaded by some tales of derring-do; to drain the casques of fine ales in the cellar and reduce his weighty riches.

Gentlemen, please raise your glasses to our newest recruit: Sous-Lieutenant Bright!
