Anglo-Allied Army (AAA) - Returning Officer Assignment


By declaration and official notice in the The London Gazette, the Army Commander (AC) Field Marshal Sir "Lucky" Jim Hall, 1st Duke of York & Albany K.G. and Army Chief of Staff (CoS) Field Marshal Sir Andrew Moss, 1st Duke of Wellington K.T., for the assignment of command within the Anglo-Allied Army (AAA), the latest returning officer in the aforementioned army:


Brigadier Sir Ian Travers K.G.

in command of:

88th (Connaught Rangers) Regiment of Foot
12th British Brigade
6th Division
III (Peninsular) Corps

Please join in welcoming back Ian to the Anglo-Allied Army (AAA) & the Club!

Ian served as the AAA's Army Commander from 2002-2003. It is great to have him back and is another former Club leader to come back in the last few years!

Did I hear 'next round on the Brigadier'? Absolutely marvelous. welcome back Sire, good to see the 88th with a new commanding officer. Those chaps are a handful at the best of times, you will have your hands full I am sure
