Gentlemen,
has anyone an overview what games got their file names, scenarios names, etc. updated?
If not we may consider just going over all of them step by step to make sure that our database entries fit the current WDS patch level.

And in case you need help with a scenario, just post here:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=16966
and we will do an updated for the scenario right away.

I don't have an overview but my understanding is that they (WDS) have gone through all the titles and archived outdated scenarios and updated all the titles that are the official scenarios, so really the best approach is to do a clean install of the base game at 4.0.7.1 and then use that games list of scenarios as the most current and updated titles. It is part of their standardization process I believe.

That is me reading the "tea leaves" so to speak.

But I think you are right.

I will contact WDS soon to see if there are any more changes in the pipeline, and if not we see that we check all games and make updates were necessary.

Sounds like a good plan!

A STICKY thread in the Opponents Wanted forum might be a good place to post a detailed, with images, thread on this. A "how to" so to speak going through the steps from start to finish. Makes it easier for the new guys (and some of us older ones) to get it right the first time.

I have played several campaigns in the past and we had a good system we used in the NWC prior to the DoR being in place. The DoR has been in use for a long time now and anything that can be done to help the members enter in the right info would appreciated by Scott and the staff.

A welcome package for new members should include a link to that or if a PDF is created and posted on the club website, then to that instead. But maybe such a thing does exist?
