Hello all,

I'm just introducing myself here. I've been floating around the NWC for a few months, and have fought a few battles with some of you (usually getting schooled in the process).

I've been playing wargames of various kinds for decades. I have discovered the WDS games just last year, and am playing quite a bit of ACW and Pike & Musket. I'm an Australian, but spent the last three years living and working in Scotland. As a result of which I now have a full (and, miraculously, painted) set of Montrose v Argyll 6mm tabletop warriors from 1645. As well as a pile of unpainted shame from other periods ...

I'd be happy to play anyone who is similarly towards the beginning of the journey.

Vive l'Empereur!

Jonathan

I am willing to conduct a short game with you.
Like you I have just started and have played a few games, and in the middle of playing more.
The French is the half of the club I joined, but I think we can still play a game.
I have a lot of WWII gaming experience, but just started with NWC and ACW.
The games I have as as follows,

Campaign Eylau-Friedland
Campaign Austerlitz
Campaign Wagram
Campaign Eckmuhl
Campaign Bautzen
Bonaparte's Peninsular War
Campaign Gettysburg
Campaign Leipzig
Campaign Waterloo
Napoleon's Russian Campaign

Welcome to the NWC where you will surely have a lot of fun with these games. :frenchvive:

I'm a fan of the Napoleon era and a very new player, although I have been playing for quite some time.

I will be pleased to do battle with you anytime.

Hi Gregor,

I lived in Scotland for three years up to last October. I've moved back to Australia now. With a lot of fond memories and a complete set of Montrose and Argyll's armies from 1645 in 6mm :-)

Apologies Bryan, I thought I'd sent you a DM but it isn't showing up. Would you liek to choose something from Napoleon in Russia?

Cheers

Jonathan

Glad to have you with us, Jonathan. This club is the best one on the web for playing these WDS Napoleonic Battle series games and other wars it now covers such as the Seven Years War as well as a whole host of other titles by other vendors.

Looks like you already have been bloodied in battle so continue to enjoy the club and am glad you decided to choose the NWC for your Napoleonic gaming.

:frenchsalute:
