For me the five phases described on this page are fundamental and I have never followed a systematic training.
In fact I don't even remember my training game, which I don't think I finished because of personal problems.
I would love to see this page filled with guides and AARs for each aspect and if I can help I am available.
I also wouldn't mind repeating my training game if an officer is willing to do so.

Having contributed several of the examples of what not to do, I feel well qualified to recommend these to anyone who hasn't seen them yet, or even those that have and need a refresher.

Of course, there's also two great AAR's that expand on practical examples of these principles.

It is an honour to be part of the ATC, we've had a good number of cadets through our august halls and its great to see many of them go on and become active in the club. With the resources that are being put together its a great way to build the club for the future.

Now, time for a drink to celebrate methinks!
