My congratulations to both Major Letus and Mayor Simón on the recognition of their service.

These Allied Army awards are costing me a small fortune at the Tavern, anyway let me once again offer you both and anyone else who wishes to partake, a glass of the finest vin rouge. And this time Mayor Simón, you can have a big glass.
