Good day to you Sir(s), Brand new addition to the team, not sure it's for the best considereing my tactical skills though, but that is more than suspected from a Sous-Lieutenant. Xavier, 56 years old, French man stranded in The Netherlands for now. Totally new to the Napoleonic Battles system and a moderate experience with the WDS games, mainly WW2. I am reading the manual and trying to move around the battlefield in an ordered-ish maner. Looking forward to play this series and have a good chat with my fellow officers à la taverne;la première tournée est pour le jeunot. |

Welcome Xavier, Good to see you take the time to introduce yourself. I wouldn't worry about your "tactical skills", they will improve with experience. For now, please join me at my table for a glass of vin rouge of a particularly excellent vintage. We can look upon the motley collection of allied officers, who would deny their own countrymen the benefits of the Revolution and Empire and who may one day share the field of honour with you.
