Is there a capacity in the HPS system to disallow the firing of muskets during rainiy weather? I beleive that in the PDT file you can reduce artillery fire effectiveness during bad weather, however, I was not sure about musketry. Does anyone know? Thanks again. Lt Tim Cavallin, AdR |
