Ladies and gentlemen, (and Frenchmen), it is with great pride that I welcome the latest recruit to the Kaiser's forces.

I have recieved word that Faehnrich Patrick Mullen has completed his training. After long experience with this officer off in the wilds of America, I am confident that he will present more than a handfull for any Frenchman foolish unfortunate enough to meet him on the field of honor.

Likewise, he will prove to be a worthy counterweight to "Old Windy", so I expect our barbarian Berlin cousins to be a bit more restrained from this time forward.
