It's with great honor and pleasure that I announce the promotion of two anglo-dutch officer for their excellent duty on the battlefield.

Ah, its good to see the Anglo-Allied officer ranks being replenshed with fine young men like these. I'll drink to their health and pray that they are kilt too quickly. [;)]
