NWC Field Manual

General-Leytenant Alexey Tartyshev in his role as the Head of the Department of Strategy and Tactics of the Allied Training College (ATC) has published an NWC Field Manual that really is a benefit to the whole Club overall!

Highlighting the five layers of learning the games, he provides links to each one of his After Action Reports (AAR) in both website reading format and podcast audio for listening. If you haven't looked at his AARs yet, they are full of an amazing, in depth look at the battles played, discussing the latest rules as well as narrative & commentary from each side regarding the planning, operations & strategy, and the events & outcomes of each turn.

There is a lot to learn in them and a lot of useful information to assist all members of our Club, regardless of side, rank or years of experience!

This is another great way that our own members are helping to drive continued development and useful resources for WDS & the Napoleonic Battles series!

Thanks for everything that you do for the club Alexey. This is a really useful document, I'll be sharing with all our new cadets, and making use of it myself!

I am glad you enjoyed it. Yes, it is indeed a good idea to continue the 1809 campaign — especially to showcase, for a change, the crushing defeat you are currently inflicting on me in the third scenario ! :frenchlol:

Well, the third battle in our campaign is really a little bit other as the both first battles. :frenchcool1:
