A change of COA in the Union Army

Gentlemen:

General Love will be taking over command of the Union Army, with immediate effect.

Recruitment  January to March 12, 2004

Approximatley  46 Volunteers have entered the CSA and 23 have enterred the USA.

Note: An average of 20-40 recruits have completed the forms since the creation of the forms.  I estimate that between
3000 and 4000 people have completed the forms since 1997.  My estimated of current active membership is 400, a figure that has
quite steady since the clubs conception..
