General Conduct
Participation: Officers are expected to either play at least one turn per month in a club registered game, assume the duties of a Division Commander or higher as needed, or be on an approved leave of absence. Real life has many twists and turns but the previously listed expectations should easily fit each and every officer that wants to have some fun and/or responsibility in keeping the club functional. If you want to be a member of the club but cannot fit within any of the expectations, then please consult with your commander to see if we can't accommodate your needs.
Muster: Regretfully, we have members every month who just disappear. In order to keep our rosters current with active members who want to participate, it is necessary for members to identify themselves each month by mustering. All that is required is to send your Division Commander your e-mail address each calendar month or make any post in your corps or army forum each calendar month that easily identifies you and your e-mail address. This helps us to keep e-mail addresses updated and also says "I'm here and I still want to have fun!". We can't envision an easier way of conducting muster except for not having one, which is not an option.
Forum Decorum: Role-playing, discussion of issues, battle reports, and the like are highly encouraged. However, vulgarity, profanity, lewd insinuations, slurs (whether racial, religious, ethnic, or whatever) and temper fits are wrong and will not be tolerated. Keep in mind, that the forums can be accessed by anyone, including potential members and family members. If you feel slighted by a comment made in a forum, odds are that it was not intended in the way that you took it. Do not 'blast' the individual with a temper fit in the forum (which you usually regret doing anyway), but contact the individual directly and you'll usually find out that you had misunderstood his/her intentions. When contacted by someone 'offline', don't publish their offline remarks in a forum. They were courteous enough to go offline and what good is 'offline' if you do that?
