TITLES & GRENADIER QUALIFICATIONS:

Grenadier Qualifications: Austrian Officers who achieves 12 VP are inducted into a Grenadier Battalion but retain original command.

Titles:
An officer who achieves 12VP in Austrian Service is qualified for the title of Freiherr. This coincides with entrance into the Grenadier Korps. or An officer may also qualify for this title by having attained the rank of Feldmarschalleutnant for Long Term Service to Austria. Qualifying by rank does not gain entrance into the Grenadier Korps & is only used for receiving the Nobility Title of Freiherr, but not any higher titles. It was felt that commitment to Austria over a long period of gaming should be recognized as well. |
An officer who achieves 20VP in Austrian Service is qualified for the title of Graf. |
An Officer who has 30 VP in Austrian Service is qualified for the title of Fürst.

An Officer who has 40 VP in Austrian Service is qualified for the title of Herzog. |
An Officer who has 50 VP in Austrian Service -and- has achieved at least FML in rank as well as served in a leadership position of at least brigade or higher is qualified for the title of Archduke (Erzherzog).
