No hard copy one can buy? Is the downloading it the only way to have it?

No hard copy one can buy? Is the downloading it the only way to have it?

I downloaded the game then zipped the overland folder put it on a cd I now have a hard copy. I put it on my other laptop and it works there too. It did ask me for the serial number to activate it so write that down or save the number in notepad and put that in the zip.
