A new rebel recruit from the Trans-Mississippi reporting for duty.

I've been playing the WDS games against the AI for several years, but finally got fed up enough with the AI's tactics (or lack thereof) that I made the jump to playing against actual humans. I read quite a bit of nonfiction regarding the war, and have found that the WDS games are really helpful for visually the terrain being described in the books. The Prairie Grove scenarios are I think one of the best examples of this.

Welcome to the Club young man. It is pleasing to see the youth of the Confederacy stepping up to the colours. If you have a hankering for hard fighting and even harder drinking, ensure you are posted to the Army of Tennessee. :mrgreen:
