I thought about it but then I am unsure whether general comments are placed here or there. My theory is that all gaming / announcements / general questions happen here. All proposals and admin stuff occur in the Questions to the Cabinet forum. I will keep this last posting there though since if I posted it here as well we would lose the thread already began there. Its a toss up which forum to use in the future.

4: You may place any topic anywhere you wish at any time, unless of course, you can't, in which case it will be censored.
