Well well a new General at the helm of the Union Western Theater - the Confederacy will roll out a nice warm welcome of grape shot :mrgreen:

Congratulation General Sands - you will find the Union out west to be a rum lot, requiring a firm hand - with all that drinking to excess they are very close to becoming rebs :mrgreen:

Thank you all, but I think the Armies of the USA Western Theater can and have stood up well to any onslaught by the Rebels. Hard drinking leads to hard fighting and this will continue for the duration.

Now off to find a place to pitch my HQ! :lol:

So they finally dragged up a sucker to command against the Western CSA Armies?! It appears Ernie is the sacrificial goat to become the butt of our pranks and jokes out west. Someone had to do it I guess. The Army of the Tennessee and the Army of the Cumberland are in desperate need of some attention, sir. We have so badly demoralized them that it would be a miracle if either Army had enough backbone to sit up straight on their barstools. I trust Cameron will place us on the offensive at the earliest possible moment and we shall have the pleasure of once again watching the Yanks run away to their mother's bosoms.
