Colonial Campaigns Club (CCC)

Dear Friends:

Thank you very much for the warm welcome! I would like to formally introduce myself. My name is Justin Boggess, and I am the newly appointed Corporal with the Hesse Hanau Jäger Corps under the illustrious command of Lt. Colonel Carl Adolph Christoph von Kreutzbourg. The Corps saw service at Fort Stanwix, Oriskany, and on several raids with the KRRNY. To give you a little bit of info. about myself, I am 22 years old, just graduated with a BA in History. For now I work in Rochester NY at Strong Hospital as a Medical Files Clerk with graduate school coming in the Fall. I just wrapped up an internship with the US Secret Service in DC.

I would offer a formal challenge in this post, but alas I will be attending the re-enactment in Upper Canada Village this weekend, so I am hesitant to start a battle right now. However, if some poor Frenchman feels the need to get into a tussle with a German Jäger, I am willing to oblige. Perhaps we can start a good old fashion European war 1776 syle?

Now, being one of the highest paid soldiers under Crown pay (and living the high life in Garrison in Canada), I will buy a round of good German ale for all members. Cheers!
