Your Excellency,

It is with deep regret that I must resign my commission as commander of the Second Pennsylvania Battalion in the Western Region of the Regional Departments. After an extended leave of absence I tried in earnest to return to my duties but found that there were too many other priorities in my life to allow me to fulfill my duties properly. It has been a great pleasure serving in the Army, and I would like to extend my compliments to my fellow officers. Most especially to Colonel Tony Malone and General Mike Cox my former commanders; to Colonel Wilson my current commander and to his most capable aide Major Neil Myers. These and all of my fellow officers have made my time here quite enjoyable. Finally I’d like to extend my sincere compliments and appreciation to you Your Excellency and my sincere wishes that the Army under your command will continue to fight for the cause of Liberty!
