Our team is engaged in a very interesting Brandywine What-If in 1776. We are facing a situation where two stacked British units in eXtended formation have been meleed backwards over a bridge that they have just come over. Thus, they are both now stacked on the bridge and cannot move backward, nor forward (one at a time or both at the same time). Nor can they melee forward as a last ditch attempt to get themselves back onto a playable part of the battlefield?

What's the fix or work around to remedy the situation? ...or...

Must we just "start over" from the beginning? :x

I seem to remember this from some time ago. But do not recall an answer.

I would give Rich a holler at support@hpssims.com

Did you try taking them out of line and into column formation?

Yes, Garry, we did convert the 2 units from eXtended formation to column formation, but still no luck.

Ultimately, we were forced to restart the game.
