I say, I rather liked that one. Of course, undernourished as these poor people are, they might find it hard to lift their arms at all, even considering that for the same reason these arms are quite unlikely to be strong. (I'll forgo discussing the "proud" part.)

Really, my dear fellow, Lord Jones is quite right. Your only hope lies in returning to loyalty. Can't you see that just paying those taxes (light as they are) will be a good deal cheaper and easier than trying to tackle the mightiest army on earth?
