Colonial Campaigns Club (CCC)

To my opponents: I will be travelling to Los Angeles starting Thursday and will probably not be heard from until Sunday afternoon. Maybe sooner if all goes well.

The house was only on the market for two days and we have a serious buyer. They were already in escrow on another home but dropped it - thus they have already started the process and if all goes well escrow will close in 3 weeks as all they have to do is change the address of the property on the paperwork.

Being a stable, calm individual, used to disappointments and possible problems I am not kicking up my heels until the check is in my bank and has cleared!

Even then you never know as folks will sue you over the funniest things.

Anyway, here's hoping that all goes well - this trip was going to happen regardless of the sale - I still have stuff in the garage that I need to get up here - power table saw, furniture, chairs, etc.

We are praying for a speedy sale - and safe trip for me on the road.
