Colonial Campaigns Club (CCC)

Joe Alberti of the Honorable Right Wing - British Army challenged me to a Oriskany - 30 turns. I had never played any of the Oriskany scenarios and thus was up for something new.

Well after almost 30 turns of playing we finally discovered that he marched right by me and vice versa!

He moved completely through the woods while I had flankers out and stuck to the road - but my flankers were pretty wide flankers - somehow we missed each other by inches!

Here is one game that I would love to go back and see just how close we came to seeing each other!

Thus other than fighting with a few of his units (Indians and some Militia and wagons) I never made contact with his main force!

My boys were smarting for a fight and thus we are going to get back to basics with Lundy's Lane.

Ernie Sands and I played the Historical version and it came down to the last two turns. Its a good scenario from 1812 and if you havent played it I highly recommend it.
